Refund and Returns Policy

At P4Pretty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery

No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

Change of mind

Wrong model ordered (please confirm your phone model carefully before placing the order)

Products used or damaged after delivery


  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the product and its condition at the time of delivery
  2. Contact us at support@p4pretty.in with:

Order ID

Reason for return

Unboxing video attached

  1. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product

Note: Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be processed


  1. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or damage


  1. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges

If you receive a defective product, please follow the return process and place a new order if needed
